Little Nightmares III takes place in the haunted realm called the Spiral — a collection of nightmarish worlds born of childish fears and delusions. You play as two young friends, Low and Alone, who must work together (in solo play with AI or in online co-op) to survive the eerie landscapes of the Spiral and find a way out of the Nowhere.

Low wields a bow (able to reach high targets, cut ropes and take down flying foes) while Alone carries a wrench (used to smash obstacles, manipulate machines and subdue stunned enemies).

Together they traverse unsettling settings like the Necropolis, a candy-infested factory, or a rain-soaked funfair — all filled with lurking monsters,environmental puzzles and moments of hide-or-run tension.
